At GDC Healthcare, we aim to provide accurate and reliable diagnostic services. Since we deal with medical tests, samples, and lab processes, certain services are non-refundable. Please read our policy carefully.

1. No Refund on Completed Diagnostic Services


Once a test sample has been collected or the diagnostic service has been performed, no refund will be provided because:


Lab reagents and resources are already used


Reports are processed immediately after sample collection


Medical services cannot be returned or reversed

2. Refund Before Sample Collection


You may request a refund only if:


You cancel the test before sample collection


The service has not started at our centre or at your home



In such cases:


100% refund will be issued


Refund will be processed within 3–7 working days

3. Wrong Booking or Duplicate Payment


If you mistakenly:


Book the same test twice


Make duplicate payment


Choose the wrong service



You must inform us immediately. After verification, refund will be processed within 7 working days.

4. Service Delay or Unavailability


Refund is allowed if:


We are unable to provide the booked service


Required equipment is not available


Technician cannot reach your location


Sample collection is not possible



In such cases, you will receive a full refund.

5. Home Collection Charges


If our technician reaches your location but:


Customer is unavailable


Customer cancels on the spot


Wrong address was provided



Then home collection charges (if applicable) will not be refunded.

6. Mode of Refund


Refunds will be processed only through:


UPI


Bank Transfer


Original mode of payment (if available)



Cash refunds are not provided.
