3. Booking & Appointments
Appointments can be scheduled by phone, WhatsApp, or in person.
Time slots are subject to availability.
You must provide accurate personal details during booking.
Home collection is available only in selected areas.

4. Patient Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate medical and personal information.
Follow pre-test instructions (fasting, medication guidelines, etc.).
Cooperate with staff for safe and quick sample collection.
Collect your reports on time (email/WhatsApp/printed copy).

5. Reports & Turnaround Time
Report delivery time varies by test type.
While we ensure accuracy, minor delay may occur due to laboratory or medical factors.
Reports are for informational and clinical use; consult a doctor for interpretation.

6. Payments
All payments must be made before or at the time of service.
Pricing is subject to change without prior notice.
No refunds after sample collection (as per Refund Policy).

7. Home Collection Terms
Technician arrival times are approximate.
If the patient is unavailable at the scheduled time, revisit charges may apply.
A valid address and contact number must be provided.

8. Accuracy of Test Results
Diagnostic results depend on sample quality and user preparation.
Improper fasting or incorrect information may affect results.
GDC Healthcare is not responsible for errors caused by external factors (e.g., wrong patient information, contamination due to patient error).
